Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

As a pudding-aholic (or in fact anything sweet and unhealthy-aholic), I love the traditional recipes just as much as the fancy new ones. 
Its even better to take the traditional recipes and give them your own personal twist!

This is my own Carrot Cake Recipe and I am going to share it with you guys...

My Banana Cinnamon Surprise Cake

(with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting)

I absolutely LOVE cinnamon and even though I dislike bananas, I have always loved a decent banana muffin because of how moist they are.

One day I decided to create my own Banana and Cinnamon cake with a few little treats inside, and ever since it has always been the cake that people ask me to make for them or the cake that they say to save a slice for them if I'm making one soon. Sooooo I thought I would share my recipe with the world and even though it won't be my secret anymore I am find with sharing as long as people show me their creations too.

TKMaxx Haul

So a couple of weeks ago I thought I would pop into TKMaxx and see what bargains I could find. I love a little bargain hunt and on this day I must of been in a home decor mood because I ended up buying decorations for my Uni room.
They are all super cute and I feel that they really make my room look girly and fun.

The first things I brought are these lace mugs….

I originally had just picked up the turquoise one, thinking that was the only one they had. Then when I reached the til there were another 3 colours! One of the colours was yellow and I'm not a great fan of yellow, so I didn't get that one, but I couldn't leave the pink and blue ones there. I just had to have them! So here they are!

Oreo Mint Cream Cupcakes

March Favourites

Hey guys so I know its a little late into March to do a March favourites but as I only started the blog recently, and have just gotten back from a week in Amsterdam (photos and blog to follow) I think its okay!

There has been quite a few things I have been loving this month and also through Jan and Feb, so here we go….

Cream Cheese Swirled Brownies

So today I am posting a recipe for everyone, but I actually made this recipe a few weeks ago. I didn't have a blog then so I am posting now, because they were so delicious that I thought it should be shared.

This is a recipe that I found on Pinterest with a few tweaks of my own. Hope you enjoy it!

Makes around 16 brownies
