These nails were inspired by the below picture from Dahlia Nails that they posted on the 30th June. I love their page and these really caught my eye as a Disney fan!
What I really loved about these nails is that they used the old cartoon Mickey, not the new one. This is the Mickey I remember so I chose to recreate these. But I just couldn't leave out Minnie….
I put them on separate hands so they have their can stare at each other from a distance… No PDA's here!
I used this lovely Barry M polish from a while ago, with some Models Own polishes and a Barry M Nail Art Pen in Black.
These were really simple to create, but I do think that my Mickey is slightly off and could have been better but hey ho!
I think Emmas nails must be wider and longer than mine because she seems to have a lot more space around Mickey's head which I would have preferred on mine too. Maybe I was just being heavy handed! Who knows!
I love the polka dots, I changed their blue to pink because I was really really summery and girlie and I think it looks lovely! Such a pretty colour.
Be sure to check out Dahlia Nails page for all their other amazing designs and I know I will be recreating more in the future. Find them here.

These are so cute! I really loved the design when Dahlia Nails posted it too! I cannot believe you did this on both hands too - the faces are so detailed! I prefer the old cartoon Mickey too! :)
